Millenials!

Millennials are accused of being lazy, unfocused and entitled and in workplaces they always say they want to make an impact. Lets get to it

We start with the roots of millennials that is parenting.
Millennials are spoiled and given whatever they want by just uttering a word and they got maids that do their laundry  and cook for them and sweep the house. Usually these type of millennials(spoiled brats as they say) have parents that are out of the country.

Moving on to millennials in the workplace. Everything is just amazing when you start working because when you enter the big door its lights camera action time. You feel like your first promotion has already knocked on your door twice.  With millennials its supposed to remain like that even though its not the place to get whatever you want. It is said that they want to make an "impact" or do something that has purpose but in the end it doesnt really turn out to be like that.

Millennials and social media. Social media is the best thing that can describe a millennial. When you get a text it feels good even when the person is not around and millennials choose to be glued to that because they feel like they have a belonging.  Millennials have a lot of dopamine which is a compound present in the body as a neutrotransmitter and a precursor of other substances including adrenaline which makes then check how their instagram is going and if it's stagnant they stress out because its their lifeblood and worse being unfollowed or blue ticked on whatsapp they get so mad and stressed(they think that something is wrong with them).

Millennials are not able to interact within their families because of invisible friends that they talk to during dinner, lunch , breakfast, family functions and all that.
And may I say that this is now happening way too much these days...it seems as if everyone is a millennial when it comes to that. When it comes to this its called an addiction.

I am a millennial and I'm kinda proud to be one when it comes to people that bother me I just switch to my phone but it has to come to an end.

I know most of the people who are going to read this you are going to realise that there is millennial in you somewhere especially when you are a person who uses his /her phone as escapism around others.

So lets learn how to live without our phones
